Being Jason Fitzgerald Hageman…

At the outset, Jason F. Hageman (“Jason”) wishes to welcome each and every one of you here and thanks you for taking the time to visit his site and implores you to give him a call, at (609)968-3533, if you have any questions, comments or concerns that he can personally help you with.

Jason is a fully capable New Jersey licensed attorney at law who passionately defends all of his clients with compassion and precision in most Civil and Criminal matter(s) at the State, County, and Municipal court levels.  He prides himself on litigating effectively and providing quality advocacy on behalf of his clients until their respective case is resolved. He understands how important every case (from a speeding ticket charge to an aggravated assault charge) is to each of his clients and does not take their selecting him and his office for granted. This attribute shows in his vehement practice of law with The Law Office of Jason F. Hageman. He has worked extremely hard to overcome various obstacles and accomplish his goal of becoming a lawyer. This same work ethic is provided to every one of Jason’s clients that entrusts him with the handling of their case.

Jason graduated from Clark Atlanta University (CAU) in 2000. It was while obtaining his B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) that his aspiration to become a lawyer was reawakened. Jason went on to earn his J.D. (Juris Doctor) from Widener University School of Law (Widener) in 2005. Of note, while attending Widener, Jason was a proud member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Minority Law Student Association (MLSA). Jason enjoyed competing in various trial advocacy competitions including the 2004 annual Lonestar Classic with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) in San Antonio, Texas.

One of Jason’s greatest accomplishments during his law school matriculation was being the co-recipient of the Most Promising Civil Litigator Award from The Center for Forensic Economic Studies in (2005). It should also be noted that he served as a certified Legal Intern for The Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic. It was there that his interest in Public Service was sparked and cultivated.

He founded The Law Office of Jason F. Hageman shortly after graduating from Widener University and successfully passing the New Jersey State Bar Exam in 2007. Jason has amassed over 10+ years of experience in defending clients in various litigious settings in both civil and criminal court. He has successfully tried civil and criminal cases in both municipal and county superior courts (bench trials and trials by jury). He has proudly served as an Adjunct Professor and also as a Public Defender in both the Superior and Municipal Court levels.
